As you can see a huge emphasis of in certainly in the youth end development on catch pass skills decision-making, spatial awareness. You can coach them in individual bits and parts they work but there are games you can do that cover off the whole spectrum and you won't necessarily have to tell the younger players what they're doing its just habits and skills, you'll begin to develop. So we find a massively useful tools to use in particularly at these age groups. They're pretty fun quite engaging there's pretty much a game for anything and you can manipulate any variable to train specifically something you want out of it. So we find them hugely useful tools. Yes, in terms of we're trying to get across plenty of learning points. I can tell them everything they'll learn stuff. They might not necessarily pull pull loads of information from if we can try and get points where they'll discover stuff and we've just got a couple of interactions where we can go what we missing where we're doing. They've worked it out. It will last longer. It'll be a lot more effective in terms of their learning and understanding Which one he's been that plate just trying to draw out of them questions were going to go into a core skill session working on so most you've seen the curriculum. If not jr. Has a copy. So make sure you get out in terms of what we think the key areas offer on the 14th. So we'll start off with we're going to warm up in a game plenty of catch pass. We're going to try and go from a single multi-directional to single directional game. So we're not always doing the same thing. Well, let him go free to begin with so we let him pass whether they want when they go to single directional. She becomes a rugby game. So they'll have to change their how they're passing how they're catching into normal rugby stuff. So this means we're not hammering one school that were never really am doing a game decent shot before them. I mean, they're waking up in their understanding what they're looking they're seeing space without us telling them the ideas of what we're doing today is trying to get to see space find the past. So I think Phyllis half off so it's a way of us getting all out without any given too much detail. Direction the difference now in terms of their spacing across the field from the building. It's like we look to highlight to them in terms of how well developing you can see that it actually keeping width and it's given the massive options in terms of keeping out of play by side with sort of six minutes into warm up drill. They're all the beginning to understand about keeping with keeping space keeping depth behind the ball carrier and if we look at the kind of head scanning and hopefully the space they're starting to fill up in the grid now we ins question them and they've given the answers of how big it is. Those things will massively improve it. Very well then go into three blocks. So feel free to rotate yourselves around because they'll be three 10-minute blocks. One of them will just be the basics of parting from literally standing technical part and just working on that core skill get that Hub or nice and I get set. Okay, it's not about how quickly we do. It get set go hand in the right position. Okay. So where was your hand then pull here put the ball back. I I can remember exactly where your hand was. The ball was there your hand was in the Middle. Where do we say? We need to put it at the back. Okay, so it's comfortable and I push through one would be some to on ones with a little bit of offload potentially in good Weld and the other one just be some parsley in full. So again working on curriculum, excellent well done. So expressive and get all the grease to do this. It's excellent that seemed anyway for the line when going to a game we call the finishing game. Okay, you can put out so much information at once. It's a brilliant thing to use because we find that one of most important things. We never get across is ball carry. It's the biggest thing in the game. You've got a volcano if we keep playing finishing games kids away step in they're not going to think so by coaching offload game. Where be a little bit of grab contact. It just forces of all care to start pinning his ears back and running which if we don't start doing these younger age groups, they'll just getting bad habits early. So we've gotta get him attacking the ball in hand. Hopefully, they'll learn more than they realize if we can try and get points where they'll discover stuff and we've just got a couple of interactions where we can go what we missing where we're doing. They've worked it out. It will last longer. It'll be a lot more effective in terms of their learning and understanding so we'll try and use bit of that plate. Just trying to draw out of them questions. You can give a player as much information as they want and I'm sure most people wear from personal experience when someone sits of lectures at you, you don't matter we buy into it. Have your taking Parts if you give someone the time and the right situation to discover find out something and you can use the right questions and pull the information from their found and they'll feel that they've discovered. They've they've they've come up with the answer. They can't solution and it's just how a coach then guides and manipulates his questions to get basically the result you wanted out of it.
