Yeah, I think the key thing with skill development is it's a little bit often. So I think it's widely recognized as 10,000 hours have got to go in before you can Master any skill with an exit strategy basically is get out of your half. They are conceding points and a box cake is a very simple way you don't take any contact you're kicking behind their food pack. So you'll Fords are on their feet and moving your back Lines Moving up. So you're challenging their the opposition back through to make bad decisions around halfway if I'll Wing is trying to chase it. There's no point in US bang it a hundred meters. Okay, and there's little point of putting it up so high that only goes 10 meters and it's a 50/50 position. Three key points we need to focus on okay. Here's the ball. Here's the rock nice wide base. So the first one is the wide base, we're stepping back and we're bringing the ball away from the rock. So similar position to are passing wide stance. I'm bringing the ball away from the rock that gives me distance and time. Right, so it's much better now. Lovely great strike just repetition repetition. And obviously there's only so much you can do on your own. I know but try and bring in a competitive environment makes such a difference. So doing that Under Pressure digging it out from underneath the pad while someone's coming through on you and maybe a club situation where you know, you can turn up a little bit earlier and get your kicking in I would say before and after sessions you can be doing stuff sitting on the set even doing stuff the stairs in the hallway. Now, it doesn't have to be 24/7 for the more repetition of skill you do when you come into the games. You don't have to worry about you catch balls. You actually having to worry about it decision making which then until hopefully leading to the game. So you're not having to think about I have to shake my hands to catch the ball. That's all done naturally and you're making decisions by getting the head up and making good decisions. We have a culture where we say, they learned from making mistakes. They learn from getting outside of their comfort zone. We try and train over speed training. So we did three blocks of five minutes that overspeed we're basically we don't want anyone to walk for five minutes. And so Constantly moving with challenging the players to think fast. We're making decisions faster in training than we have to and ago and the idea is you know is the is to have that overload effect in training. So when you get to a game the game should be simpler.
