I said the game is evolving year in year out and the players are changing, you know, 10 15 years ago were agents a huge part of what went on was the type of player involved in the game purely a professional rugby player know they weren't there were guys who had jobs they came from different backgrounds their different drivers. It wasn't just to be professional we pass over that you have to adapt because the game has changed you now have people who are here to be fully professional. They're backed up by, you know, reputable agents who make a career out of idle rugby who'd have ever thought that in 1995 when the game went pro know that well you'd have thought us but you never believed would have moved so quickly in 16 years. So I think you're always adapting because the type of player you have available to you the standard of competition you're involved in the level of competition in terms of the abilities of other side's is changing and if you don't look to move Look to adapt look to improve your gone.
