Being able to watch other coaches coach and pick the things that you like and the things that you don't like and use the bits that you like and park the bits that you don't and you know, I think that's the best way to learn to be honest. You know, we going to watch any coach with the be the the England coach or or Club coaches, you know, the junior Club kilos pick up new things and you'll think oh, well, I like that, you know, I like the way that that's happening. I'll use that in a different game or a different way or tweak it this way and that's how we develop things and move things forward and how you develop yourself individually as well. Nothing here is a secret and at sounds we're quite transparent with what we deliver simple, I think but effective I think it's probably the easiest way to do it, you know good, you know simple things done. Well, I think we say a lot in training and and that's what we base our cell phone and we get them right we'll get good players and we'll get the results that we were after a very Tool, you know, I'm sure there's lots of coaches who used who use the online tool. It's always nice to to learn different ideas and listen to other people speak it, you know and continue learning yourself. I think it's a fantastic idea. I think probably the most important thing is is to be inclusive to make sure that everybody gets an opportunity and to be really positive with players but in being positive, that means you don't turn a blind eye to poor technique or poor execution. You have a good eye to help and develop the players all the time. I think the important thing is if you want to go far you've got to be committed because there's lots and lots of talented players there, but it's ones who work hard who actually go the furnace in the long term.
