What we work on is I say core principles which you know, I know that the England sort of 16 17 s coach have a very similar base to that to what they deliver and which a lot of these boys will then go so it allows us to have some continuity with with the England so that progression through it would help them with their opportunity. Just going to look at our ball carrying. Okay. So what's the first thing about our Bulgarian? Okay run hard. Yeah, we always play with intent on the ball. So we're going to fix that Defender by running hard then what? Said like shorter that you going okay, if we're going to make contacts then we if we're attacking an edge. We're going to look to move the ball away. What do we do before contact? We can ya better footwork. We try and utilize the ball or eyes different ways of making that Defender create a weak attack up. All right, so all I want to do you and we're gonna do some footwork. And then what do we use? What is it really important use if we're going to make tight contact. So there's lots of Defenders away we can have make we would do what we tuck the ball up into hands if we're going to do a bit of footwork and we're going to look for an offload. We're going to use the fence. So let's just watch you and footwork and friend. Good. Perfect. What does he need to do once he's made that fend if he's been pushed out here. Where does he work hard to get to? Yeah, a drive yourself back in behind that Defender. If I get pushed too wide, I'm going to get not trying to next offender. Okay pack one more example from someone. Big Henry. Okay. How do we know who's going to tap the left hand side? What else? Did he do Henry? Okay. So the first thing you did pull under one arm. Okay, that tells me what he's going to use this as a friend. He's going to tap that side. Okay, good. We're going to take the ball flat and I know I'm going to take contact. What do I need to do? Tuck it away. Okay, what I need to do is recognize what this Defenders going to do. So I need to look at him if he's nice and low. What could I do? Yeah, I could push down. So if the bags really low, I could be really strong and push that Defender down and away. All right, if the bag was high so if he's looking to tackle me, hi, what would I do? Yeah, I'd get low and hopefully get nice and high alright, and there isn't even the option of using that ball as a nice strong base to then not them away. But our first Port of Call is footwork get past. Okay. Once we pass the fender what we look to do good. So what do we need to get without? What do we need to do with the bull? Yeah free arms get the offload. So let's look at two players in so two players in support the one taking me the ball carrier. So Ben you can be in support of him. Okay, so you can see footwork fans get her arms for an offload. Let's go. Good. Nice. Well done. Perfect. Okay good and then it seems we're quite transparent with what we deliver simple. I think but effective I think it's probably the easiest way to do it, you know good, you know simple things done. Well, I think we say a lot in training and and that's what we base our cell phone and we get them right we'll get good players and we'll get the results.
