Upper Body Warm-up

Some basic wrestling exercises to get the upper body ready for contact.

Nice little warm-up exercise. So if you would like you to go sit down, please back-to-back sit down back-to-back and Link arms. So you're going to try and get to the floor this side. Boys what's very important is no arms what happens if you put an arm out. You might hurt yourself, you might injure your hand in your elbow into your shoulder.
