We're going to start with our hands and fists closed in elbows in hands close because when we tackle when we tackle people, we're in close. We use our shoulders do we tackle with our shoulders or with our hands shoulders. So we're in close and we're in with a shoulders. Okay, and we getting close with our feet. So the two technical pieces here is one we've got to get close in with our feet. We're in with our hands. So we nice and tight and we work with our shoulders. Okay.
