The first thing is when you play keys in love it when you can't play The Next Step everybody thinks their coats and not everybody's suitable for coaching. Those people that really have a link to teaching communicate and educate and will pass through that knowledge to coaching. It's the next best thing and you love doing that and and it's you know, that that's the reason to go in it. If you love, you know, passing on communique and facilitating knowledge about again, then you'll get involved in coaching. If you don't and you get involved for other reasons, it's not much fun. It's hasn't got the same control of you know, when you're playing you don't have the release of energy of trying my hardest you have some of the frustrations of framing a whole week and it not working and you have all those things tied up and if you don't have a real passion for doing it that could become a real negative and I think that's not as easy as that to start with and it's not as much fun. As it looks I can enjoy.
