Prepare To Start Strong In 2021!

Planning for the coming festivities is essential, although we will encourage our players to try and maintain some level of fitness over Christmas/New Year, we all know this isn't too likely!

Reduced exercise and increased calorie consumption won't do wonders for your player's fitness so we need to prepare for this in our first few sessions of the new year. Although fitness to start the year won't be what your player's will want to hear, it doesn't mean that these sessions can't be interesting, engaging and fun!

Here's a great selection of games and practices to keep your fitness sessions interesting this year!


Running Fitness

This game is great for including running fitness aspects into the session. Tactical aspects also occur when spaces are created. Make sure you always include a tactical aspect into your games!

Specific Strength

Some of the pre-season fitness sessions are valid in this phase of the season and will really help your players get back into the swing of things, so make the most of them!
