Especially 3 we're going to look at continuity this session. We'll see how continuity comes noxious before contact but in contact and after contact want to play just go talk to a good start with up and down the field towards your stuff over there and it's simply on the touch. You've got two seconds to possible. If you don't pass in two seconds, we'll turn them all into the t-shirts when it's 1 to 12. That's one to go to One Survivor to him. Great lion, good high good score there when we really successful there the possible happening behind the defense. We attacked a gap and we want to get the passes away days are going to try and explore that a bit more in the game. And what one has to look at is it's more of a grab now than a touch. Okay, it's not going to be full on Smash. I don't want to like just a bit of a grab. I'm going to try and keep the ball live in through contact keep playing good good stuff good stuff at the gaps. It was winning. Good pass. Excellent. Okay, just stop that. What was really good that we found the space that's excellent exams will continue to guys into space is just as good as take it on the contact all the time. Good plan. Good work with the arms. Great off. Well, well done talk to good talking from historic. Excellent try phone as well done. We're going to focus in this technical area on passing out of the contact or lifting off the ground. Okay. So they're the two options that we're going to give the ball carrier. Okay, and here so two Defenders are going to start behind the this line here. Okay, and I really want to be quite an aggressive grab it so they've got to actually try and manage that to get it all flowed away. Okay, let's have a go. Hold on. Let's go. From a ball carrier point of view Before I Let Go of that offload what must I be able to see the play What specifically I'm going to be? Yeah, so a Target put that into so really to see a target from the support player. What should my running line B once I've seen his taken contact. So run towards him go back into it really focused on changing my room. I'd sooner see make contact. Let's really attack. Okay where the ball carrier is? Good off loud one-handed. Well done. Good scale. What did we agree as a ball car? I'd have to be able to save for let go of the ball. Could you say anything that but that's okay Joe get in guys. You have two choices now, okay, take the contact and offload out of it take the contact. If I can't get my float away want really good decisions. Okay to look after that born manage it to ground and I want that deep support Runner there. Okay again with a Target to be able to lift the ball two. Great communication well done. great offload, really good skill and again Okay, and then we calm well done. Well done with that guys. It's go back into the game. great offload But upload a Jake. Let's get that diamond shape and let's really look after the ball more get some good decisions. Let's play. Okay, that'll do fellas. If we just look at specifically at the last game there where somebody was talking and went to ground tell me what the the support player who end up getting the ball was doing as he caught the ball. Still Still virtually wasn't a year. So what does that tell you about their positioning? Too flat. So I think that support played that that deeply needs to be a lot deeper than they were so that they take the ball ideally doing what that face into. Well done. Good work guys. But what your past before contact great work IM Sue you to see it in this session have a coaching courage place to promote continuity and like this port session earlier had players changed angles running lines to keep that ball alive. It's called the technical Arrow went really well. I thought they really bought into I thought when they came back into the game the second time there was a bit of a lack of desire to actually practice what we're doing the technical area. I think maybe if we were to do that again might look at trying to reward scores with specific app from specific offload to try and get them to really practice those skills in the game. I thought the focus on we got back into the game was about just scoring which I know is important, but we really want them to practice the skills from the technical error in a game situation with more pressure. So definitely next time we do it. I think we should look to be more specific about how they score from different offloads. Okay?
