Look be special to me because I think it's the ultimate team game. I think you have to understand that you don't achieve anything without support of somebody else and I was talking about teams within teams that you look at how you roll can change and and how you sometimes have to take the lead and other occasions. You have to understand that you're a very important support player and I think to have that understanding creates a really important sort of Team perspective, I think.
