Swerve & side step exercise

Develop agility and encourage players to try and beat defenders

The swerve is usually used to beat an opponent on the outside. Check the defender with a small step to the inside followed by a fast swing of the inside leg to the outside and continue to accelerate away having practiced the activities in grades. We now need to progress to channels repeat activities at PACE but lengthen the distance.
