A clever exercise that keeps the players involved and moving constantly with an emphasis on depth and accurate passing. Players need to concentrate, communicate and be accurate if the drill is to continue. Coaches can add width, more players or in this example another ball to increase difficulty

Let's go!Hold your depth, hold your depth.Quick transfer in the middle, quick transfer in the middle, quick transfer. Come on. Take it early, push it through, take it early, push it through. Good! Come on. Get the accuracy please, accuracy. Give him a Target. Give him a Target. Give me a target. Good good Excellent. Come on. Come on, come on, push it through accuracy, accuracy. Just a couple of key things on that pass make sure there's a couple of people who pendulum it. Yeah, let's push it through so that when we let go our hands are pointing the direction we want the ball to go. Okay, it just takes out a guess of when when to let go of it. If we're traveling through a plane we've got to guess when to let go if we're pushing through it, then we can let go of it any time and we know it's going to go in the direction that we want it to go.Make sure we give them a target. So I've got something to aim for and not just the center of the mass. Okay, let's go again. Let's go again. There will be a second ball coming in, when the second ball comes in there'll be a little bit of chaos. We have to deal with it same as a game. We've just got to make it work, gather it, gather it and pull it back. Pull it back. Pull it back all your depth. Hold your depth, please. Two balls, two balls, two balls. Josh come on talk to him, talk to him, talk to him, talk to him. Well in Gabs.Come on get it accurate George. Come on, sort the chaos out, sort the chaos out.CommunicateCome on be accurate with the communication. Okay, come on in have a stretch off. How can we make that work better? George what did you call? I want, I want, I want; how many balls are there? Who's listening? Yeah. So give aname be accurate. Yeah, same as if were stood on the side of a ruck and we've number short we call the name to get someone over. We just don't shout, you know, come come come, you know.
