Pinecone Roche in Ambassador for kiwi Coaching Club, and I've been asked a number of occasions for I am attaching myself. And and I am the ambassador of the QB Coaching Club. And yeah, it was pretty is twofold. It's pretty simple. First of all part of the elite game. We are product of the Grassroots and the more the better and the greater the breadth of the Pyramid of players and quality players at the lower end the more potential we have of having high-quality technically able players the top end of the game but to do that you need coaches first and foremost and the more and the better qualified coaches. We have the better the player that's going to be coming through. I'll hit more importantly part of this kiwi Coaching Club is actually coaching philosophy. I've never ever understood coaching has always been a bad hole par told you play the game you break it down you look at the skill you play the game again for going to often coaching has become more of the part more of looking at drills. The whole purpose of this QB Coaching Club is and the philosophy of the coaching behind his back playing games and I've always believed that you make better decisions by practicing your skill within the game because how can you get get get better at the game that I play in the game? It's pretty simple question to ask and the more you play those games the more you put yourself into environments for you're making decisions making errors within those games. Then you're making decisions that can apply to the pitch. How can you practice the penalty shoes? I don't know all psychologists talk about penalty shootouts. How can you recreate the pressure of a penalty shootout what you can't but you can get as near as you possibly can to us the same and rugby. It's the same at all sports. How can you recreate the pressure of a game you recreate by playing games? But then there's the understanding of why you're playing those games. So that's what excites me about the QB Coaching Club initiative and actually excites me that you're going to have more coaches to share philosophy. But certainly I have in terms of coaching the game and that is playing games. So I really really hope the People who are take part in this Coaching Club, learn and understand why you play games and that's what we're doing here today.
