Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Yeah, that's fine. That's why we can start with it. That's all right. Let's Go. Whoo! No no no go work. Well done. Well done. Let's go. Let's go. Let's push now guys, let's go. Let's go. Well done. Well done. Let's push it how many 3 3 Widow days. Good stuff. Okay, right this time. You are not allowed to God the nest everyone must steal. No guarding. Everyone must take the balls. Okay, so we must move around go and get the balls. Are you ready? My name is Owen Davis and I'm the community Sports manager at Services working as specifically within the foundation and my role mainly here's a kind of social inclusion and disability Sport and then working on Rugby camps. Good good. Good. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. That's just today. We're working with a group from Brazil of 11 year olds to 12 year olds coming down and just giving them a flavor a kind of rugby kind of working with a few games playing on the pitch. The guys are now playing on training ready for the match on Sunday. So alongside it and it's quite special kind of Moment release. It doesn't really happen after really impressed with the way they picked it up there. There was an obvious language barrier, but you know, I think with a good demo, you know, just doing a few things a few simple things breaking the messages down a bit they picked up so quickly and it's really impressive that you saw the pro natural progression throughout the day is really positive to go forward from that just to show that You know, it's pitched at the right level this time. You are not allowed to God the nest everyone must steal don't be worried about breaking it down a bit. So coming down a few stages before so I thought you know the end products important but the vital things that they learn in the right way don't get frustration because you want to you on a satisfied customer. Should we say at the end of the day and you don't have be out there depth. So, uh progression is smaller. Yeah small. Yeah exactly. She wouldn't blow for the whole part straight away you so break down nice and simple and then build and build and build and build until you've got the whole thing really plenty of games and I think that's the best thing if you do your so-called drills or whatever is try to make it a bit more of an activity and really promote the Activity Part making fun because they know this is you got to put yourself there. Whenever I start looking at coaching is that the sessions are going to be adapted to that would if I'd enjoy it then it's probably hitting the right Mark and it's got to have the enjoyment factor in there because you're not going to get the best out of the person around you if you see a been a big smile enjoyment and the skill level is up there then, you know, even if it's a game it doesn't mean that you don't have to necessarily do the drills gonna put you into teams of three. And your job is to steal the eggs from the other teams the team with the most eggs at the end are the winner. Okay, right. We only love to steal one ball at a time. Take it back. Well done. Excellent. Yes. Good. Good. Good. Let's go this way. Let's go put it back. Good work. Well done. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go quickly quickly quickly quickly quickly good stuff good stuff good stuff because you can go as well. You can get em, let's go get em, go get em. Good work. Good work good work. Let's go three two one and stop take your balls to your nest and if we can count them up to see who the winner is. I'd stop right let's count up how many if we got how many we got two winners and also some of those games that you probably consider, you know adapted slightly that you'd look at maybe progression with those who are a bit further along don't let you know down the line really you some you know, because some of those warm-up games are, you know, I've done in pre-season rugby training and it's a bit of a fitness they kind of the crawling using different muscles and stuff like that. So, yeah, if you know just thinking adapting, you know, there's no right or wrong way to do it, but there is a fun and interesting way and take as long as you get the, you know, the end product and it doesn't really matter how you get this on such fun in my eyes.
