Scrum Factory - 10. Put in and Strike

Practicing the strike can be developed with the left side triangle, so the key players involved are working together

In this practice, you see the left hand triangle engaged Against the Machine and working with the scrum half note how the loose head propped provides a channel for the ball to be struck down.
