I think it will always understand where the games rooted. You know, what you knew right from the beginning is still important right end. And you know, yeah, you love started coaching a set piece. You'll have started coaching a patching catch and pass, you know, under-18 under-19 doesn't change when you know running a testing. It just gets harder and it needs to be Slicker and faster. It doesn't change and I think if you understand and have confidence in that it does give you a sort of an area where you can come back to and just keep reinforcing if you're running a week or a month program that has to underpin everything else don't lose sight of it because as soon as those things drop off nothing else happens and if you get that balance, right you'll then can develop through.
