Ball Balance - Core Stability

Get in pairs. One player starts in a plank position with a rugby ball placed under each hand trying to stay in the plank position. The other player walks around a gently nudges and pushes the player working. The work aims to stay stable on the balls.

so now the great little warm-up drill is Plank on the Bulls partner just sort of push in trying to work on that core, stability, shoulder, Mobility, trying to stay up on the balls which is haven't again, two or three times. Really good. Warm up before we start doing a little bit of contact.
